Chartwells Higher ED
Cierra Mauk started her career with Chartwells Higher Education in August 2018 and proved to be the model employee every manager hopes to discover. Her work ethic is unmatched and she has a never-ending stream of innovative ideas to bring to the table. She is constantly looking for ways to improve and excel in marketing on campus. In her two years with us, she has contributed countless ideas to the team and has gotten the chance to see them come to life in big ways on & off-campus. The CrossRoads Deli brand refresh? Yeah, that was Cierra. Her ideas have also won attention from corporate as well - The Roost is a chicken restaurant brand she created & it is now an option being shared with campuses across the nation.

This award was given to Eastern Michigan University Dining in 2019. This award was given to us by our outstanding cookbook which highlighted the diversity of our campus and how inclusive we are.

This was a branding contest though out the whole company across the nation. My branding concept was called "The Rooster" this concept can be found in the branding tab.
